Established in 1986, Carlo's Pizzeria & Ristorante in Shirley, NY, has proudly served authentic Italian cuisine for four decades. Founded by Frank's father, a proud Sicilian native, the family tradition and recipes have been lovingly continued by Frank.

Carlo's is not a chain and never will be. It is a family business at 451 Glen Dr in Shirley, where neighbors have watched three generations grow up behind the counter.
