Established in 1986, Carlo's Pizzeria & Ristorante in Shirley, NY, has proudly served authentic Italian cuisine for four decades. Founded by Frank's father, a proud Sicilian native, the family tradition and recipes have been lovingly continued by Frank. Come enjoy a genuine taste of Sicily and warm, time-honored hospitality.
